Returns Policy

Any Return subject to 30% restocking fee. Returns accepted only with a return authorization by Big Country Customs. All returns must have invoice # printed on the outside of the package. No return on custom machined, fabricated or Special ordered parts we do not carry. Returns must be in original condition, no paint, no install, not damage. Returns that have been installed or modified will be returned to the sender at their expense. Big Country Customs takes no responsibility on Shipping/Handling charges. No returns for any reason after 30 days. If a part is believed to be incorrect we require that the part be returned to us at customers expense until we receive the part and inspect it. All parts that leave Big Country Customs run through a check list, and are in complete good condition when they leave. Packages that are damaged in transit and may have missing parts are not responsibility of Big Country Customs, they are of the carrier. You must make a claim with the carrier. If you need replacement parts before the claim is final, you will need to purchase new parts. If Big Country Customs receives a claim check, we will issue in store credit to you. You must notify missing or non correct parts to Big Country Customs within 48 hours of the package delivery date. Parts not disclosed within this time frame are the customers situation.


Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, shipping prices are not always exact, do to conditions out of our control.  All orders in Canada are shipped Purolator with tracking information.  All order within the USA are shipped by UPS with tracking info.  If your order requires special attention, there may be additional handling charges. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the next business day. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backorders will not be charged until your order is ready to ship - except for orders paid through PayPal.com. Payments made through PayPal.com will be charged immediately.
